Whois.sc is great for gTLDs but doesn't seem to work on a lot of ccTLDs. I want to find contact info for the registrants of various ccTLD domains: .vg, .ws., .sg. .com.mx, etc, etc. Is there a central list of all ccTLD whois services - or a tool that works on all (or most) ccTLDs? If so, I would really like to see it!

Eurodns just launched Whois.de. I am not sure exactly how many cctld's it supports, but it is probably the closest to what you are looking for.

How can i find the contact e-mail addresses for some .co.uk & some .de domains as Netsol and a load of the other whois databases don't have the contact e-mail address.

Just type the domain name and afterthat click agree to get more information.

But you can use domaintools.com whois look up also.

Can't speak for .de but with .co.uk a registrant can "opt out" having the contact details publicly displayed in whois.

domaintools and others dont serve up whois for .es, at best its in part
maybe its the source they drag from i dont know

I think you need to use nic.es (and pass the captcha test).
They are not making it easy to retrieve the information and that is on purpose (privacy)

I have been using whois.sc but recent times it isn't showing the details for .es and other european cctlds.

nic.es doesn't seem to work as well.
