Help! Help please! I need someone who can help registering a .CO.JP urgently!

Hello, it seems that to register a domain under .co.jp you need to be a company in Japan but I`m not 100 % sure.

Anyone can help with a little reward maybe?

It`s urgent, please help me.

No sorry, I need only ".co.jp" but since it takes a week to get it registered I`m already out of time.
