There are some .cm's that are bought and used, but it is very hard to get them.
Kevin Ham's agoga.com has a wildcard for the traffic of all unregistered .cm's

.co is Columbia's ccTLD.
They don't [currently] do second level registrations though (they just have .com.co, etc. right now), although I seem to recall hearing about them possibly opening up second level registrations in the future.
