Guys.. I never knew about this one.. I was on enom and I clicked "search all extentions" and wow.. there is a dot kids.us.
Does anyone know if this was recently made? or always there.. maybe safe sites for kids? So they can go to games.kids.us and not get adult content?
Anyway, just thought I'd share.. not sure many people are aware of this one. Leads me to think that there will be 50,000 dot everythings in a couple years.

" Before a KIDS.US website can go live, it must undergo a Content Verification process ($250 annual fee). This helps to ensure that the content is appropriate for children under 13. The registry will regularly screen and monitor websites to maintain a "kid-friendly" environment. "
"Any individual or organization may register for a KIDS.US domain name as long as they meet the existing U.S. Nexus requirements for the .US domain and agree to the eNom, Inc. Registration Agreement."
Good to see a measure of content control for this extension.
