Everyone is welcome to share opinions and development suggestions.
Sky.tw - short and very easy to remember, great for Taiwan travel or media Golf.pk - Golf Park, super for golf fans Lawyer.im - you can expect a nice $$$ on it for sure (mobile.im sold for $7000) XXX.hn - With SEO and promotion, it can be a good site for adult or extreme sport
I personally will develop those domains, rather than sell them.
This kind of domain is very easy to be developed with related contents.
One of my friends spent two months to add info on his SEO related domain, which keeps generating about $200 per month for 2 years with almost no maintenance. Maybe it's not a huge return, but it's still a very nice compared to the effort done.

Though I believe .co.in has been around longer and is probably more established, I guess that .in would most likely be the prefered choice in the future. - However this is just my personal opinion.
I will mention just a few. My favourite .nl is lcd.nl, in .eu I have satan.eu and nanoscience.eu and recently acquired applications.eu, medicalservices.eu and wirelessservices.eu. A funny one imo is megabit.ch. I have more with a focus on .nl, .eu and .be.
