private registration ?

so many indian registrars provide cheap but be careful because they have weird kind of non bulk supported domain settings

name.com is seems cheap now with bulk management but some times their script also behaves weird

You can also try alldomainregistrar.com only 16.50€ for a .in and Paypal is accepted
