.de, .ca, .com.au are strong ccTLDs that are actually used for their country specific purpose

.in and .cn are more speculative extensions. .cn is used widely for Chinese or China websites and .in should look forward to growth.

.tv and .cc are popular vanity extensions (used for another meaning than their country code) but .tv seems to be much stronger than .cc right now with high profile sales.

.ws is iffy. It's definitely more a vanity TLD for "Web Site". In fact, Western Samoa is now officially called Samoa (although some people still refer to it that way). Most of the value will come from development.
