First of all, I hope you're all doing very well.

So guys, I acquired Worldwide.bz and I've decided to make a business directory from it, something that goes along the name keywords "Global Businesses, or Businesses Worldwide", I have the idea from the well known Business.com.

Ofcourse, it doesn't have to be exact same, but some features like custom pay per click, paid ads, free listings, advertiser control panel, and other basic features.

Let's get straightforward into it - I will do the template / code part, database, etc.

I'm looking for a partner who can do this:

- Draw an idea of what categories we should have, sub-categories, how listings are made, ...

- Which features we need, and how to display them, ...

- A partner who should be able to research some businesses to add to our listings (these won't be user-added, and I think this part is needed since it'll be a new directory)

- The main role, conclusion is a complete idea of the directory without the design / code part involved since I'll be responsible for this

This is not requesting any payment or investment from partner as I'll be responsible to maintain domain name and web hosting service.

Regarding Advertising & Promotion:
We won't start it so early, we can market it here and there, add it to search engine, little promotion on forums, just until we can know where we PUT money, we can get paid traffic.

Now a few questions that you may have:

1. Why I can't do this alone?
Answer: While I can do almost the design and coding part, I am not that creative to come up with idea of how everything should appear, so I'm missing this part. Plus two hands on this site is better than one hand.

2. How this site can actually make money?
Answer: To look professional, we can't get the adsense thing, because it will just look different, and it won't give any professional look to our business. Just look at Business.com, why not we can have our own sponsored links / ppc advertisments. This needs patience from our sides, both of us. This can't start making hundreds from next day live on web. If you're patient, we can make a decent profit on the long run. The site will focus about selling featured ads which can actually make profit, but this needs a lot of traffic first, patience, etc.

I do not want it to look like a clone, we can really find a unique idea which isn't found in Business.com, the keyword fits very well, so it'll be worth typing in your browser.

Requirements:
Nothing at all, just a creative, talented, and friendly person who understand the needs above carefully and is willing to stay a partner as long as worldwide.bz is live.

Main role:
Drawing the structure of everything, without any design / coding needed, designing main categories, sub categories.

The benefit of partnership is nothing I can mention now, but it should be something good in the long run.

And let's say that these were added, you think your job is done?
No, It does not, because simply you will always have job on researching businesses, activating listings, login as an Administrator to control every aspect of the program.

While you are doing this, I have to make sure that our system is bug-free, add features, and do the similar tasks, like activating ads, researching, etc. So our roles are similar but you do a strategic part, and I do design it.

As noted, no investment is required, or will be asked, let's get this started.
