I suggest a "click" site - donno what they are called. People buy clciks from you and you send the sites that buy clicks.

Maybe a PPC advertising review site review site, where you could review PPC advertising companies, such as Adsense, Overture, etc...The PPC Search Engine would also work, but would require much more work.

Basically - a clear scheme

(i) section for advertisers to sign up and add their sites (paying ads upon ea/click)

(ii) the main ads displayed by ppc rank or something. So when a unique visitor clicks a paying ads, the amount is deducted from advertiser account. So he pays for every click.

optionally, you can make affiliates, visitors can get paid while clicking ads too, and that's a 3-way profit. You get share, affiliates get share, advertisers get share.

What exactly do you have in mind? Designing the site, or promoting it, and finding advertisers?

That's a kind of a large project somehow. You will need a decent advertising as you begin.
