Looking For A Partner

I am currently looking for a partner to help out and pretty much manage my hosting company( Soon Ours).

With the growth in it in the past 4 months, and the growth in another business I am currently invovled in I do not have the time to put my 100% effort into it, and I do not find this fair to my current clients. So I am looking for someone who is willing to help out.

All costs will be split 50/50 however I will split profit 40/60 40 to me, 60 to the partner. The reason the high split for the partner is because they will be putting more time into the support and management.

The Search May Be Over. Waiting for reply from one of the people who contacted me. Once everything is set in stone an announcement will be mad on the hosting{eh} website. Then on here.
