I need 3 staff to run the following domain's:

Seotoolz.com
Nexuslabs.net
PixelPrince.com

You will have cPanel access and hosting Space, Bandwidth and Add-ons will be Unmetered.

Seotoolz -

A online SEO Community, You run the community, Control the website.

What you need to do to apply to run SeoToolz.com

You will need a vBulletin License you could lease to SeoToolz.com

You will need to install the vBulletin 3.0.6 Software

Install it, Make the first user as Admin, Second user [YourName]

I will install a few skins which i am going to have custom made.

PixelPrince.com -

A online Skinning and Web-design website, You design the skin's, Designs and Control the website.

You will need to be a good designer, Past experience's with making vBulletin skins and making Web-site layouts in PHP or HTML.

What is in it for you

You get 90% of all profit made on the site.

NexusLabs.net -

A online Graphic Design Community, You run the community, Control the website.

What you need to do to apply to run NexusLabs.net

You will need a vBulletin License you could lease to NexusLabs.net

You will need to install the vBulletin 3.0.6 Software

Install it, Make the first user as Admin, Second user [YourName]

I will install a few skins which i am going to have custom made.

On each web-site, You will get 90% of any profit's made on the website for the whole time, The other 10% will goto server expenses!

vBulletin license cost's around $85.00 USD.

Are you able to pay that much for the license?

If you pay the $85.00 this year, I wll pay for the license then on in.

Just a tip, if you plan on it being open for over a year, owned lisence if your best bet, otherwise you'd be paying every year, owned will be 160 lifetime, and if/when you want the updates $30 a year

How do you plan on making money of this forum site? It is possible, maybe in a few years. If im not mistaken, there are about 2 main ways for a forum site to make money, donations and hosting ad's on the forums. So you got these new forums opened that your running, who's gonna want to donate money to you? Whos gonna want to place ads on a forum with so little posts? It takes a long time to get a good forum running where you can make money such as namepros, webhostingtalk, webdevforums, they probably make money but look at how big they are and how long it has taken them, and you also have to beat them to attract people, if someone can come here, why would they go to your forum. There are hundreds of forums about webdesign and seo, what makes you think that your forum is going to be better, especially with forums like webdevforums.com, webdesigntalk.com etc. Is running the forums really worth that time and money? $85.00 just to get a one year licenseand then all that time to set up the forums how you want try to get it big. And what if it is just a waste of money and time, you have everything set up and paid for, and no one comes in, no one posts except you and your freinds. Suddenly 90% is not that much, becuase its 90% of $0.00. Is it really worth it?
