How to monetize video sites?

Hi,
me and my partner have a few video sites:

one is for example: dancerportal.com

average visit is arround 80 per day,it is not old site and we are satisfied
with the visits for now,but honestly i have no idea how to monetize such
sites.We have google adsense but the earning is really low,

any suggestion or idea how to monetize(or improve) such video site would be very welcome,

Try to sell advertising space on your site, or you can visit the google adsense's official blog to view their most recent videos on how to increase your adsense earnings in this time of recession. Those videos will surely be helpful to you.

the best method would be to place ads in your video........around your sites...

You will need to contact other third party organizations to integrate their advertisements into your website. However, that has the potential to become relatively complex and require legal services. I would simply recommend that you find ways to advertise your website for free, which will increase your Adsense profits.

Dance schools, dance instructors, dance groups you should target all of those. There are plenty of small dance groups featured on youtube looking for sites similar to yours.
