People familiar starting a biz in canada help please!

Ok so I have a few questions I will be starting a business soon in Calgary, Alberta, Canada it will be a business focused on the music industry and developing bands and artists. It will be me and 1 partner for sure a second may enter this. We do not know what to file this under, to go with a incorporation or to just go as a register partnership biz I need help and also we will not have a actual office until a few months into the biz will that complicate things with legal issues and such... your inputs would be appreciated.

Start with a limited partnership - it just makes things easier. A good place to start is at your local chamber of commerce. You'd be surprised how much information they can give you on everything business related - best part - it won't cost you a penny.

Yes you can create to corporation after. But if you have the funds now, i would suggest a corporation. Your corporation will get age and that can help your credibility.

The best structure is: Thrustfund & holdings / holdings / holdings...
