Investement

Hai friends,

Say me and my partner started a website on 50/50 profit basic.
we do all the codings and site is almost build and ready to launch.
but we have no more money to cover the expeses like marketting etc.

Now say a 3rd person join the project as the investor. now my question is, what percentage of the profit minimum we could give him?

Agreed. It would be whatever you all agree on. In part it would depend on why the investor is interested. Do they want to be a partner or just offer a loan and collect interest? Whatever you agree on in the end needs to be a win-win-win situation so that nobody feel deprived in the deal.
