Partner Wanted for the new .TEL TLD

I am looking for a partner for the .tel extension.
I have secured three premium landrush preorders.
They are preordered at domain monster.
Domain monster secured 90% of its preorders for .me and .asia.
I have preordered the following for Landrush:

Lasvegas.tel
Music.tel
Flowers.tel

I don't want to take out a loan to cover the reg fees on these.
I am willing to draw up a contract with an investor if he/she wants to cover the reg fees. I will split the profits from these domains on the secondary market 50/50 when they are sold at a later date.
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/business-development/541342-partner-wanted-for-new-tel-tld.html

To give an example,

LasVegas.asia sold earlier this year for $30,000
LasVegas.me recently for $15,105
Flowers.mobi for $200,000

There is great potential here, if you are interested please e-mail me at sidious75@gmail.com or message me on here.

Be VERY very careful in using these "sales" as a basis for your potential investment / business development plan ... unless you know the full stories and the parties involved in these "reported sales", IMHO.

In addition, both Flowers and Music "dot Mobey" have, at a minimum, checkered (if not incestuous) histories ... and I would advise that you conduct additional, independent research and due dilgence regarding the admittedly highly brandable .TEL extension - including, but not limited to, its potential for future secondary market resales (ie., referencing your, "when they are sold at a later date" -and- "split the profits from these domains on the secondary market" comments above)!

Best of Luck.
-Jeff

How can you go wrong with such premium domains as these. If your talking $400 or thereabouts for each of these at landrush, I don't think it would be too hard to sell them for more than double your investment at the bare minimum, so in that way, a 100% profit at the least seems like a good deal to me.

Perhaps, but I would continue to urge caution ... at this point in time, IMHO.

well you cannot directly, but here's what you can do (and I know this might be a lightbulb moment for many, lol)... you simply load it up with keywords, hope to hell that it gets seo'd well and then point all the lovely traffic to another parked or developed website...simple as that.

I'm afraid you can't even do keyword stuffing, cause all .tel 'websites' will look the same
Like this
In a nutshell you can't run conventional websites on that TLD...

Sdsinc...

You can certainly stuff it with keywords, your just looking at a .tel that hasn't used the keyword function. These can be placed at the bottom. Have a look at Justin.tel instead for example.

Good SEO != keyword stuffing. You need content for SEO.
Good luck with your investments...

Looks like most of these top premium domains above were snapped up at sunrise, lol. I had pre-ordered insurance.tel at domainmonster with the obvious trademark outcome too. Nothing in this world is as easy as it looks huh.

It is a .tel domain which means you can't put content in it which means lower price when you sell them.
That is why maybe .asia or .mobi sold for higher but .tel I personally don't think it will go that high.

Not entirely true I think because .tel is still able to be used as a paid for directory service and can host links to websites as well. It has apparently seen 3x more registrations at landrush with domainmonster than at the same period for .asia (which IMHO will not be a good long term prospect as a domain, nor .mobi) .tel will be a far more valuable domain, if not right now, then at least in the near future as it will be so much more useful and relevant than .asia or .mobi.

If Domainers are not able to monetize .tel then everyone will want one, that should push prices through the roof.

You could even be right on this point. If it cannot be monetised by parking, then it means that a directory type way to monetise would be actually useful all around, rather than being a useless annoying page just trying to get clicks for little content quality.

Opportunity vs: Implosion

Let's add this to the mix. If Seabass hasn't proffered this elsewhere (mods forgive me), then let's table it here.

There are certain hard economic realities that we all face. The real question is how will .tel fare in this environment? Boom? Bust? Read on Grasshopper and draw your own conclusions...

Cheers,
