Hey,
I dont understand how free proxy websites make money. Wouldn't the user never visit the site, just use the address to passthrough?
Thank you!
Regards,
QBert
I have a question for you: how do all free sites make money ?

If that was sarcasm, then one of us really needs to read up on proxy servers.
I use proxy servers in my web browser settings, I don’t visit or browse them so when would I see the adds???
Regars,

Update; lol, strike that. I just went and had a look at some of yours
as far as i know, ads are usually put in that top frame of the proxy site, or even occasionally as popups. i'm no proxy expert, but thats just what makes logical sense.
Can anybody tell what is all about EmbedProxies.com,
How they make money ?why and how they offer free proxy sites for webmasters (I'm not talking about general users). How EmbedProxies.com make money? Is it from the proxified page ads?
I know about adsense revenue for sure. I'm just asking what is the benefit of te EMBEDEDPROXIES.com's owner benefit to provide us a free proxified page and the bandwidth. Is it that he is earning only form the proxified page ads...
I own over a hundred proxies. Most of the earnings come from Adsense and CPM ads like you guys said. You could read some proxy owner blogs to get an idea of how to get started, but I highly recommend that you read the e-book http://www.earnwithproxies.com as it has all the information you need condensed into one book. You'll get your money's worth within a few days.
I think they earn from pop ups because when I tried surfing anonymously, it displayed 2 pop up ads. It looks as though it is the website you're surfing that has the pop ups, but it is likely that the pop ups are actually from embeproxies. Also there is a vertical banner on their homepage so they earn a little from there too. Of course the only way to be sure is to ask them directly
Proxy sites have lots of ads so they make money through ads. Proxy sites get a whole lot of visitors and in most cases the ads are their only 'content' and it's right in front of your face!
