| smells of a rat! tried to sign on asking for to much info including a "working" telephone number? whatever for? in case of emergency? 24hour support service for free? are thery running a web 911 service??? .... or email harvester scam!

| Sophea – Buyers Beware - this is one internet, web design company you do not want to I was surfing the web until I fell upon a false review chart advertising Sophea Web Designers as a top web designing firm. Since I needed a website for my business I decided to give them a call and their salesguy convinced me to sign up by giving me the deal of a lifetime. They keep convincing me how great my site will look and everything I was promised and the speedy delivery of my site for about $500. Once I paid them, I can’t even reach their support over the phone and email was a pain in the ass. When I called the sales guy that sold me the package, he kept giving me an attitude and told me I can only email their web designer. E-mail was the only method of communications, The designers took over a week to respond to one email and when they respond they did not even speak English that well. After twenty days of email communication, they finally understood what I wanted and presented me with a draft of the website. I was furious. My design had a lot of stolen graphics from my competitor and even the design was very similar. Too bad I didn’t realize this until I did some further research on the company. I am in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company since they falsely claim other people’s work as theirs, never finished my site in the time they promised and communicating with the designer via email only became too monotonous |

| They did 1 of my sites, which was ok at the time, im planning on changing it soon. This was done for free aswel about 3months ago. the problem is for free they only do the design not the coding, but thats ok for me as im useless with graphics so i can just use the graphics they give and write my own code |
