Okay for starters I have always had this question in my mind.

I have loads of work. And my staff is always frustrating me. Maybe because they know bit and I know how to do it. Or they are just pure lazy.

How to make them work like me. Means most of them I find are just there for the salary reasons not for working. They just wanna pass the time and get over with their 30 days so that they can demand a salary.
