My question is how do you think of BitTorrent please? I'm not going to supply and Movies, MTV, and MP3 seeds, So is it secure for me to keep it runing and running? I noticed that many BT related websites got closed in recent months like http://www.torrentspy.com/

As long as you don't provide torrents for anything illegal, you can't be shut down. There is nothing illegal about protocol itself.
