A big project- depending on the scale of it, will not attract any financial help unless you can provide collateral of some sorts. If you have a house, you can use that as collateral.
As for creating a business idea and a business plan, well that you can search for on google and yahoo. There are many ideas available on the internet.
Do a bit a research and you will learn quite a bit.
