|  Hiring: Need a competent conferencing advisor

"Advisor" isn't a term you hear much online anymore, but "consultation" requires expensive licenses and educational degrees. My view is that while one can get educated and dish out thousands of dollars for consultant licenses, one can also be just as helpful without the extra expenditure.
This can be a fun job... you might like it ^_^
Your mission as an advisor: To inform and assist clients with their business, financial, or process-related needs and aid them in their efficiency and offer them help on specific business or Internet-related topics.
Skill Requirements: Experience in the Internet business world. Time doesn't matter - just know your stuff pretty well. If you know about finances, budgeting, Internet processes, some business things, and would feel comfortable offering that advice to clients, you'd do pretty well.
Time Requirements: Online (preferably IM such as AIM or YIM or GTalk, etc) at least a couple hours a day... and willing to devote some or maybe all of that time to helping clients with their cases.
Commitments: None, really! Just get your job done right. Intripita offers your position not necessarily as an "employee" but rather as an outlet for what might be considered "Freelance" conferencing services. Uniquely, Intripita combines these two positions into one less-than-part-time job but with better hourly pay.
Pay: You're paid by the hour. Down-payments are secured to protect both you, us, and the customers. Pay per hour varies from case to case, but generally mid $xx per hour.
Benefits: Free, legal, licensed copy of Trillian Astra (when it is released). Free hosting slot with our server (coming soon...)
Legal stuff: All cases are contract-bound. Customers understand risks and will not - by signing the contract - hold you or any other Intripita member or Intripita itself as liable or responsible for any losses. In return, you will help the client to the best of your abilities within reason. It's a win-win situation.

This CAN be a great job. It's unique, will pay well, and the benefits will grow. You don't have to and SHOULDN'T quit any day or part-time jobs you have. This is a "spare-time" type of deal as long as you can make minor provisions once in a while to help with cases.
