Turnkey type names

Media related (movie & music, lyric, fan based)

I can build sites for their adsense value, and or resale value and we split the proceeds of the sale. If the domain is high values you can keep the portion of the domain value. I have 4 high speed dedicated servers to host.
I just went through the sale of one of my sites for $21,500 which was a hosting related forum. SO theres lots of money out there.
I had tried this before with domainers and some of you may remember me, things were in a planning stage and the names i recieved werent really good leveragble names. Quantity isnt as important as the idea and quality names. I need good focused forum domains and other very desirable utility function domains, like proxy sites, advertising exchange names so on.
