2: Resellers will get a sales quota, wich means, resellers get a real wage, dependant on their amount of sales:

10 server sales/month - around EUR 350 /month
25 server sales/month - around EUR 800 /month
50 server sales/month - around EUR 1650 /month
100 server sales/month - around EUR 3500 /month
250 server sales/month - around EUR 9000 /month
500 server sales/month - around EUR 18500 /month
