Question Need Expert Advice on Website Partnerships
I have a content-based website that's receiving nice traffic and I'm thinking of starting a forum there. Since I have no experience with forums, I was thinking of engaging a partner to run it.

My question is, how do you manage such a partnership? Written agreement?

I would appreciate if anyone who has done this before, can advise me and if possible provide me a sample written agreement. Please PM me if you feel uncomfortable posting here.
