Here is a general description of the business. The site will have realty, (residential and commercial), available via a zip code search. The business will charge the owner a monthly listing fee and percentage of sale. Various levels of service up to full turn key including online electronic screenings of applicants. www.heritagewebdesign.com. They do awesome work and claim to be ranked in the top 2% in the nation. Rep told me 5 weeks turn around.
The possible return on this investment is unimaginable if done properly. Also relativly quickly.
Naturally the website would need to be extraordinary cosmetically. Very user friendly and some existing script mods may be needed.
