Register for ebay.co.uk in the U.S

Does anybody know if you are allowed to register for ebay.co.uk if you live in the U.S. I sell ebooks on eBay, and it is a lot easier to become a PowerSeller in the UK than in the U.S, because instead of grossing $1000 a month, you can instead just sell 100 items per month, which I can do easily. I won't be delivering any actual physical products, so I might as well be in the UK. Anybody know anything about this? Thanks.

Since im 150% into it last 3 months making around 3k/month from eBay i think i can answer ya

Nope you can't register on the english eBay site when you are based on america but you can just sell to the english eBay site <-- Simple as that..
