I'm looking for a partner proficient in HTML to help run an xbox console gaming site.
The site is located at

Basically our main focus is to provide xbox gamers with a nice mature community to associate and play games with. We also provide league play with cash prizes.
The games we are focusing on now are all upcoming and current EA sports games, so being a gaming sports fan is a big +.
Potential sources of income:
Member donations (used to cover fees and cash prizes)
Adsense
Sponsors
Paid advertising
and possibly even being support by EA Sports theirself (usually community websites like ours get the games early, and extra press info etc).
The site is already pretty popular and continueing to grow, plus I'm pretty sure I could land atleast 1 good sponsor.
All expenses will not be split, I'll cover everything myself.
My partner would be responsible for the design/upkeep of the site, promotions, and other general help.
Profits will be split.
