Talk to a bank. Or sell a house. Or get 6,000 people to send you a dollar each. Sorry, no quick answers... but I AM very curious... why would a 16 year old need such a large sum within 10 days? (not a knock on age -- just doesn't add up).
Hopefully you have some good domains locked up in your vault ready for a quick sale. Other than that, I'm not sure what else you can do.

It's usually easier to get 60 people to pay you $100. (Sometimes even 6 people to pay you $1000, if you get the right idea.) Now you just have to think. What product or service could I offer that someone would pay $100 for?
Unfortunately you'll probably have to find that answer yourself and time is not on your side, if you only have 10 days.
You might be best off seeking a business arrangement with a local investor. You supply the idea, the hard work, and manage the project. The investor supplies the cash. You split the profits.

you should hold some kind of raffel or maybe tickets to the festival. if you dont sell enough tickets refund everyones money. noone is gonna just give you that kind of money, another thing would be to start selling stuff on ebay... perhaps their are some organizations in your area that would be interested in getting involved. you could sell advertising, you know advertise sign and what not at the festival. either way it might be a good idea to get somone older to take care of any legal issues that may arise.
best i can come up with,,
Put an ad in the newspaper, saying "send me $1 to find out how I made thousands" When 6,000 people send you 1$ send them back a letter on how to take out an ad in the newspaper
Yes, not only that you'd likely need to schedule it in advance, get permits, etc. Check with whoever owns the park.
Festivals generally have sponsors that pay to advertise. You could probably find local companies wanting to put their banners up to sponsor the event. And offer booths for vendors to sell their produts.. and food booths.
But 10 days is super short time to try to organize this. Even small events take sometimes 3 months of organization. Good luck!

this summer we are having a folklore festival at my hometown...
we got some money from the town ( dunno how you call that in english)
but we still needed to raise the amount of around 5000 $.
this is how we did it :
we created a website : (www.parkival.be)
we went to all the local bussinesses for sponsering , we first created a kind of a portfolio and plan on how the festival would work.
we had 4 types of sponsors :
- main sponsors ( 500 $ ) ads on the website, the breadsacks ( we pinted the flyer on 10000 breadsacks to be used in the local bakerystores )
the posters, the flyers and programbook, + exposure on the local tv-station
- sub main sponsor ( 300 $ ) ads on the poster , the flyers and the programbook.
- medium sponsors ( 100 $ ) ads on the flyers and in the programbook
- small sponsor ( 50 $ ) ad in the programbook.
we got an agreement with the printer to print posters and flyers for free in exchange of advertising
we are now 1 month away from the festival and every dime we needed is paid for
1 tip : make potential sponsors feel important and that they NEED this advertising , grin , and if it's a man , send out the most beautiful girl in the group, lol.
hope this helps a bit
jurrie
lol, i'm suddenly realising i'm on that website , grin
Find a buyer for some - good - domains you see around and ask the seller to give you the difference between his price and the amount of money the new buyer will pay for it.
Step 1: Fix the flyer, way to hard to read/long
Step 2: Go to businesses and ask, explain the idea, etc
Step 3: Short Domain name just for this picnic
Step 4: Change Email "cheesymackdaddy@sbcglobal.net" to something short and more 'professional'
I agree with droplister. That website is not going to entice to many people. Either A)Register a domain just for this event, or B)abandon the website idea, and just go and talk to local businesses explaining your idea, and how it will benefit them.
There are several more errors.
"you're band" should be "your band".
"detials" should be "details".
"Whether its" should be "Whether it's".
Put a space before the "(" and after the ")".
But mainly, if you expect to get sponsors, you'll really need to rework that awful poster and website, and use correct grammar that doesn't sound like it was written by a 3rd grader (sorry, just trying to help).
