I could link to you from an SF site i'm building, www.slagcity.us ..... I'm also looking for stories, and would link to you from your bio as well, if you want to submit a story....
In a couple days, www.highorbit.net will go live, it's actually looking pretty cool, and will be a space related site, so maybe a link to there in exchange for a link from Slag City?
Title: Jim Westergren - SF Author
URL: http://www.jimwestergren.com
Description: He is mostly writing philosophical Sci-Fi. Read his short stories, essays and more on his site. Some good reading.
Please tell me when you have the story place ready so I know which one of my stories to send to you.
Jim - I will get your link up shortly. One thing about Slag City, I am developing it as a shared world environment. That is, authors develop stories that intertwine with the plots/setting of other writers. My hope is to develop a group of writers that interact with each other and, perhaps, generate enough quality stories for us to create an anthology down the road. So, in regards to your story, take a look at the what is out there right now, and see if there isn't a way for you to come up with a story that mixes into the environment. You create your own primary character, and add other existing characters into your story. Others may use your character in their story as well, but may not maime or kill him off without your approval. They can, however, do just about anything else they want to him/her: which would, of course, require retaliation on YOUR part .......
This sounds interesting but I have to say that I have not been writing since about a year and since I recently started my own company in web design/SEO it is almost impossible for me to have to time. Thanks anyway.
