![]() | Yes true true.. Maybe they do pay for clicks and everything but only eg. 1 every 10 who knows how their site is programed... but I have now 30 names and I will give them 1 more week if nothing happens I will move it! ... |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I don't think their click update is live. I've had it where it was nothing and then jumped up suddenly by quite a bit. They also do audits once in awhile where they don't update their clicks during that time, just the traffic. But it all gets caught up after a bit. I haven't had any clicks since last night, but then it is a holiday weekend in the US for Easter and it's gonna be a slow weekend I think. |

![]() ![]() ![]() | If you want proof sedo is cheating simply pack the name on your server and redirect to their parking service. Compare their “visits” to hits in your log file. I did this with one domain and found there were only counting a fraction of the hits (and clicks). I switched to another service and revenue went up by 90,000%. (Yes, that is not a typo, four zeros) |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | So which parking service does better, please let us know... BTW Sedo only shows unique visitors, not hits, so if the same person went to a domain twice, it would only show as once. But it would be interesting to find out the accuracy of this. Actually I'm thinking of forgetting parking and doing more PPC stuff. Seems to pay better and you aren't so confined about what you can or can't do.

![]() ![]() ![]() | Well, in my case just about anything would be better than sedo. I was averaging about 100 "visits" a month with 10 clicks paying me $0.50. In reality I was getting 200+ unique visitors a day and God know how many clicks. I threw up a page on one of my servers. Filled it with affiliate and PPC banners/text boxes and started making $15/day. I could have simply redirected to my AFF landing page and made several times what I made at sedo. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I don't make much on Sedo, about $10-15 a month. I do get a pretty good visitor to click ratio for most domains though. I realize that PPC is much better than parking, always will be and there is a lot less rules involved on what you can or can't do, especially when it comes to advertising the site. I mostly leave the ones I do have parked there while I figure out how best to use them and Sedo has the lowest minimum payout, so I get a check once in awhile, versus the other ones with $50. Those same domains at DomainHop were making actually less than Sedo, so....As has been said, parking is very dependant on the domain name, the traffic and a bunch of other factors whether it's worth it or not... |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I have had no problems with sedo. Maybe you can make more on clicks other places, but I have gotten more offers on domains for sale at sedo and that is my main goal to sell domains. I guess ya gotta just experiment on your own and see what works best for the domains you have. For me I am looking for offers to sell, so I will keep everything at sedo. |
