Can we promote products through blogger ?

HI,
Here is what i wanna ask, Can we promote affiliate products of amazon through blogger blog ?

Yes of course. Even Blogger has some inbuilt tool for Amazon publisher that makes management more easier.
To get more result you may also buy a custom domain. Blogger could be used for any type of promotion.

Ok, let me know one thing more, can i promote it through Search Engine.because i have learnt somewhere that it is an embeded Iframe and it is not good for search engines.Am i true ?

Well embedded pages are not good for search. Why don't you want to embed? Create your own page.

because, Amazon Astore provide a well organized products with shoping cart, I am unable to built the page with navigation like Astore and shoping cart.
Is there any method to create such kind of page that works like Astore ?
