eBay Affiliates - Heads Up

If you run ads through eBay Partner Network on your site(s) and get mobile traffic, this is important:

On 9/8, eBay is going to start splitting out mobile traffic. If you want to get paid for mobile traffic, you don't have to change any links but will need to register your domain(s) with eBay.

Quote:
"If you want to start using a Mobile Site to promote Participating
Sites and Content, you need to register your properties (i.e., the
sources of mobile traffic that you own) with eBay using the ePN
administration portal. Activity that comes from your Mobile Site
that has not been reviewed and approved cannot qualify as a
Qualifying Transaction and ePN will not compensate you for such
activity. In addition, ePN will solely compensate you for registered
mobile traffic and not for unregistered referring URLs."

Also, a couple new things in their Code of Conduct:

Quote:
"4. You must properly label Promotional Content and labeling must not be
misleading to end users. You will not mislead or trick an end user in any
way into clicking on a Link. At all times it must be clear for end users
where they are directed to."
and

Quote:
"The URLs your
Links direct to will appear in the address line of the browser."

Might want to scan those documents for other changes that could apply to you - eBay was at least nice enough to highlight them in yellow.
