What do you use to track your income / revenue / expenses / etc.?

If you own more than 1 affiliate partners (or even 1), how do you track your expenses/income etc? Do you use any methods to track (how much you made previous months to track, your expenses, affiliation, taxes, any other related info, etc..)?

Or, even if you own your own site, what do you use track everything? Do you have any ideas/ samples / suggestions?

There's a program I've seen called AffiliateOrganizer. I don't know much about it except it was recommended by someone I respect. I assume it does much of what you need.

I've tried to promote refferal programme I followed to Facebook. And the result is good...
