One problem is, I have no idea whether my rate of clickers to buyers is low, medium , or high.
What's average?
So it may be a rude or a pleasant surprise when it changes to PPC.
Have only been with epn for a few months, with maybe 18 sites, and only using organic search, not paid traffic.
Have been pretty pleased with the results so far, but am a bit apprehensive about this new wrinkle .....

They say (in the FAQ ) that the average affiliate has a cpc of between $0.06 and $0.21. I'm currently at $0.16 (ytd and this month, so it's pretty consistent), which on the surface sounds pretty "safe" ... BUT, I also have organic traffic and since eBay isn't my main focus, not a lot of it going to eBay. They could decide my stats are statistically too low to generate any meaningful data and stick me with some default (read "low") per-click amount (see section 42 of that faq).
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/affiliate-talk/604377-epns-going-ppc.html

They ARE going to give you projected stats under the new plan, starting the end of this month. I for one will be watching those closely.
