Download & Incentive Traffic

Two questions sorry. Okay ya know how theres sites like smileycentral.com and cursormania.com and you get paid when people download the software? Affiliateships or whatever. What other sites are there, that are like this, where you get paid when people DOWNLOAD things. It can be anything, e-books, music, programs, software, I dont care. And they have to pay at least twice a month. Smiley central and cursor mania pay out once a month on the 15th and thats just not going to work for me.

Second thing. I joined up with a payperlead site, and I was talking to them about getting people to sign up with these certain programs on the site like Columbia dvd club and a few other sites, and he said I could buy "incentivize traffic". Which would help me out alot because I suck at sales lol. i know alot of people dont agree with BUYING incentivized traffic but if its going to get people to sign up with the program and its not breaking any rules, then Ill do it. So? Where do I buy this "incentivized traffic?" First place I tried was MyPoints or whatever that sites called. They werent very helpful lol. Any other ideas?
