Get a footer banner for 100$/mo. A footer link for 50$/mo. The top right ad is available for $300/mo (depending on if the current guy renews or not).
The middle ads are available for 350$/mo. Or 600$/mo if you buy both. (they make that much from adsense right now so I cannot negotiate any lower).
I can also make the background (the left and right white areas) a click-able ad for 600$/mo.

Almost all traffic is Search Engine traffic (87% according to analytics). Traffic has doubled nearly every month until now, so if you buy ads for a long period of time, you may get a site with 10k uniques a day for the price its set at now (assuming it continues at its current growth but there are no guarantees; only guarantee is current traffic levels).
I am also open to exclusive advertising contracts (Thinking about $1200/mo [6*50+100+350+350+600= $1700 value] if you take all ad spots; I am also willing to give a deal on this if you buy several months, so you could lock in prices now and sell the ad spots to other people if you want.)
