How do you get fast friends on MySpace???

Hey there,
I am using a couple of MySpace accounts to promote a couple of my websites.
Everytime I go to add friends, I get a few, then every one after a certain point require me to enter captcha.
So, I get frustrated and stop.

My question...
What is the fastest,
AND cheapest way to add friends to your MySpace?
I know there are pay services, but I'm cheap, and dont want to pay. I assume there are free programs out there, but I'm not sure???

Can anyone help me out here?

cheap means u havt to do it manual labor yourself nothng beats some elbow grease to get stuff done
