def1 says that his are all royalty-free, so I suppose buyer would just have to trust him. Who other people do you suspect, se?

The problem with royalty free images is that, well they are royalty free. So basically it will be all over the net, making your logo completely non-unique. Well thats why I dont use them unless it is for temporary displayment such as templates.

Exactly! That's why I custom-make all of my logos, at the end of the day, your logo represents your business, it needs to be unique to show that your business is unique. That's what I think anyway!

EDIT: Made a few more changes, wasn't happy with the crispness of the slogan so I changed it a bit.
