I think the site looks good... here are a couple comments:

1) I agree with the previous post suggesting you up the font size for your copy

2) Increasing the size of the type might be easier if you increase the overall width of your page

3) It wouldn't hurt you to place some details about your projects, as opposed to direct links to the sites. I've written up some case studies in my portfolio, which people seem to like.

Keep it up!

that is a great idea! making it more clear exactly what work you did on each of the sites makes it much easier for prospective clients to see what they're getting.

congratulations though on a great design that does load very nicely - im stuck on the good ol' 56k connection at the moment and it loaded pretty quickly.

It looks really good but it took quite a while to load up in Mozilla Firefox. Have you tried that browser yet?

Yeah, I only use Mozilla FireFox [1.0.4] so yeah. It loads up in under 2 seconds on FireFox for me. I didn't think loading times would be a problem with my site, since it's pretty quick loading.
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/web-design-reviews/93951-portfolio-website-review-please.html

Check your settings, I use FireFox, and i've tried it on several other computers with FireFox and Internet Explorer (and NetScape, but that's just basically FireFox anyways) and it all loads in under 3 seconds.

So I don't know man? =/ Anyone else having this issue? =/

Updates / Thoughts

Added some new things. Added better CSS rollovers on the navigation buttons, added a 'Featured Artist' area. Optimized some of the pages, changes the CSS somewhat to load better. Add some little details here and there. Changed the portfolio layout to make it look less "empty", um, and a bunch of random things.

Appreciate everything so far. Thanks again

I like the CSS rollover you did. Helps make the links stand out... I would also do another mouseover (possibly a java image mouseover) on the connection icons, making the icon a brigher shade of white when you mouse over possibly.
