If google adsense doesn't suit or accept you,
Clicksor - $25 min. payout - paypal/cheque
BannerBoxes - $10 min. payout - paypal/cheque
Clicksor is similar in a way to Google Adsense, however, the CPC are way lower (like $0.05 per click) and it isn't as contextual.
BannerBoxes allows advertisers to bid for spaces over your site. If no advertisers bid, then some catogory ads will fill your spaces.
I have ref. links for both of these.

Yes I would also recomend adsense and I would not recomend because they do not pay much and they don't have much ads as adsense.

Yup, use Google Adsense. You'll get much higher payout.
Good luck.

Yeah, but it's been over 2 weeks and adsense has not reviwed my application yet nor have they responded to my emails. I've been sending them from their own GMail so it shouldn't be a problem not recieveing my messages wise...

Maybe they denied your site because I was approved within 3 days but you might want to try emailing them again.

Did you have seen your own inbox. Perhaps there is a mail from Adsense there that you have missed.
Or have you validate the application request?

Aprox. how many uniques per month? If you have at least 3000 per month, give fastclick a try...

I go for MammaMediaSolutions
they were one of the two that accepted me and have always provided me with a stable payout timing.
Adsense is good but comparing my payouts a year ago, it has become much lower....

Adbites is new to the industry, and I don't think they have a single advertiser - you won't earn anything from them as a publisher.

Currently, they don't have many advertisers....they really need to get a webdesigner.
