| Adsense Woes Well, I'm beginning to get frustrated with adsense again. Now I'm getting gay/bi/lesbian dating ads on my teen forum. I've tried to include teen words and such but it still seems to key in on strange terms. I used to earn $0.10/day and now I'm earning nothing because these ads are so bad. I've tried contacting Google but I've been told they don't have control over what it shows, I need to try to make sure that words are there (and I have).
Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated! |

| I thought adsense didn't have adult ads. If there are specific sites that show up regularly, you could use the adsense "competitive ad filter" to block these -> https://www.google.com/adsense/ad-filter |

| Well, I guess they're not adult ads in that they aren't outright adult websites. Mostly they are dating websites but many of them are as close to adult as a site can be. It's just stuff I don't want displayed on a teen forum. For example, there is an ad for rawclub.com which is a fairly raunchy (IMHO) dating site.
What's also weird is how the ads switch. One minute I'll get cellphone ads which are fine and then the next it's back to the dating etc. website ads.
Thanks for the help armstrong! |
