www.google.com and searching for phpBB skins
You can find some pretty cool and VERY EASY to use skins! Also check out
www.phpbbhacks.com for some very mint mods like Birthday hack, and store hack.. pretty much anything! A better layout looks like a more professional look and more catchy to eye. Be carefull on what layout you use (if you choose to). Base the layout on what audience you are targeting on the forum
