in the past this error had created to me some problems ... seems that they have a bug ...
the domain seems unlocked .. but it's locked...
have you tried to contact them ?
I've made two attempts to renew my 2 domains that are near to expire but domainsite has thoes errors after checkout. My card was billed for 4 domain renewal costs but I get nothing. I've alreaqdy wrote an email to support but reply takes 1 week. They are having problems now. NOT RECOMMENDED. I'm doing a chargeback now.
there customer service sucks, i have a domain hung up for almost a year and no one contacts me to let me know the status. and its not a 6.99 reg it cost me a bill.
And i have more than 100 domains there. Way to go customer service.
There site is always having issues/ string errors.. doesnt make me very confident with there security or reliabilty.
I first sign up my danichost.info from DomainSite when they offer the cheapest .info in the market so i though, ok 1.99 shouldn't expect much since it is that cheap blah blah blah...i change my nameserver and started my hosting experience, however recently while changing host i has some problem with dns issue and i finally use DomainSite support. I though the time needed would be like 1-3 days like GoDaddy (i register my domain there before) however surprise surprise surprise i recieve a reply from their support team within a hour...follow that i ask some other question and i am more than happy i recieve their reply within a hour everytime. I give them 4.5/5.0 for their quality support, easy and fast registration (all payment and register done within 10 mins)...however 0.5 mark has been lose to their control panel which is compare to namecheap not so user friendly but never a less their support team help out excellently...
I'm very satisfied with Domainsite and i have over 1000 domains with them now, but total i have had about 2500 domains registered through them. DomainSite support have always answered me fast within few hours and some times within 10 minutes.
One of my favourite domain registars. It has simple domain searches and sales are quick through eBay with no minimum deposits or the alike. I really think it needs WhoIsGuard protection! Other than that, a wonderful registar with great prices!
DS is teh coolest when it comes to domains. Only one query with them, the dns management. That is just taking the mickey, sometimes it works, other times it cracks up.
Overall a great cheap domain registar, offers .info domains for $1.99 and others for $6.99 very easy to use interface and have lots of features! Pay with paypal or credit card also!
Yer these guys are pretty good i have to say. Apart from to transfer a domain name it takes longer than some other registra's for some reason. There 100% great though, allthough i think the .com domains are $8.99 for 1 year as i have bought over 50 from there now and they were all 8.99
i have reg a name yesterday and changed the dns to my parking , but yet this morning the name is not working , i used to change the dns in domain site takes few seconds and it is working but i dont know what happend i emailed the support 2 times now no respond
I cannot believe how wonderful the support of this registrar is. I called them about an error and I didn't wait, no holding. They fixed my problem and were extremely nice.
HIGHLY recommend this registrar.

I quite like domainsite for the fact they are pretty decent, although they should upgrade their servers. Customer service is okay, price okay and features okay. They dont give transfer problems in or out.
The drawbacks are server problems, and privacy protection isnt all that cheap. Support sometimes takes a while to reply.
Been with domainsite for over a year, with 2000 plus domains there.
Their customer service has always been good, easy to get them on the phone.
They have been on some forums to ask members for input and ideas to make their service better.
