GoFlights.com sale is now finalized: $10,000
Brought this gem for only $900 only 10 days ago. Not a bad ROI.

Buyer is a guy in europe (italian I think) who will be developing the domain shortly. Lookout for the website in the not-too-distant future > cheap discount flights (maybe)
GoFlights.com is the kind of domain that could sell for anything in between low $xxx and high $xx,xxx - again, depends on finding the right buyer - or the right buyer finding you.
A fellow domainer asked me earlier today to help him land an end user deal for a coal related domain name. I already have a giant coal corporation asking me "how much?"...
Just love doing the research and negociating with multi-national corporates. Also a nice asset speaking 4 languages

Top Tahiti dot com - $100, private sale.
Edit: Ended up later selling him two other similar names for an extra $50.
My first effort at proactively contacting endusers to bear fruit.

Just sold a few:
ForexExchange.net - $800
Airkraft.com - $550
Total: $1,350 - not bad for the $259 I invested a few weeks ago

September seems to be my month...
Another end user deal: Shopping-Center(dot)com: final sale price between $6,000 and $7,000 - pretty pleased especially as I purchased this one only last week for mid $xxx ! Another great ROI.
(PM for details for exact price)

Nice seeing a hyphen go for that high of a number!
I only have a few of those - but they are good ones.
Care to share how you went about finding the end-user?

When you fire out over 120 personalised emails in the space of 48 hours to the top 120 end users, chances are word gets around and you get at least 5 emails back saying "how much?".
Converting at least 1 of these 5 into a solid sale is the fun part. As long as the domain is generic and brandable, It's always a numbers game.

ClipStars, FENGO, SaveAndEarn -- great sales!
I would have definitely accepted $1500 for Booka(r)saurus and held out for much more GeekBuzz.com

Thanks Joshua
GeekBuzz.com sale went like this:
Buyer´s Offer: 300 USD
My Counter: 1400 USD
Buyer´s Offer: 500 USD
My Counter: 900 USD
Buyer´s Offer: 650 USD
My Counter: 900 USD
Buyer´s Offer: 650 USD
Sent to auction ... no other bids ... sold at $650
I find Sedo auctions to often be disappointing for this type of domain. Seems like interest is restricted to high traffic, 3 letter, rare or premium domains. And yes ... I think you are right ... I should have accepted $1500 for Bookasaurus.com (one 'r' only)! Oh well ... any other offers
