Sold a few names to end users over the past few days:

MietwagenMallorca (dot) com - $1,500
LeatherDogCollars (dot) com - $1,250
Kartoffelhaus (dot) com - $700
WoodFrames (dot) net - $450
CrownMolding (dot) org - $225

= $4,125

Cost of these 5 names = $280

Goes to show that even in current market conditions, it is possible to generate good residual income from selling quality keyword domains to companies that could benefit from owning them. The key is locating the right names and emailing as many buyers as possible. At the end of the day, if you are marketing quality product/service names, it's a (fun) numbers game.

I approached 4 out of the 5 end users. Each day I send about 200 emails out to end user companies - so the sales are inevitable.

Picked this one up for under $70 a few days ago. Sold to an end user to whom I marketed the name (QPix dot se).

Just sold this one at SEDO - note it was recently a website ranked on page one of Google, Bing & Yahoo for "cute puppies" for which GAKT shows some nice search volume. However, the sale was domain only. The domain was acquired about a year ago for under $200. Perhaps development may be a viable option for marketing alt TLD domains if the site ranks well for a phrase end users are advertising for.
