I am super annoyed!

Not really sure where to post this rant but since it concerns a .tv domain I think I'll continue.... Has this ever happened to anyone else??? I have had two different parties(I think they're non related but who knows) contact me concerning a .tv domain I own. After a quick and painless negotiation, the buyer agreed to mid XXXX and told me to initiate an escrow transaction asap. I was pretty pumped to say the least. However, the supposed buyer is not communicating and not completing escrow for the domain. Because I was sure I had a sale I tried to play hardball with the other interested party but I think I overstepped my position and they have now lost interest. Now I'm bummed. The email address of the supposed buyer is a first and last name @hotmail.com. After some net detective work I've determined that the name used is that of a higher up at a major UK registrar. This is what surprised me. That someone "in the business" has acted so unprofessionally. I know that some of you will want to know the email address and domain name involved. I am going to give this person a few more days before exposing this information. I am a big boy, I can handle someone breaking off a deal but please have enough courtesy to let me know and not leave me hanging like that. I hope this little spiel goes to show that .tv's are "potentially" (ha), valuable and to not burn any backup bridges. Will update if situation resolves.
