Its not to bad I quite like it although maybe you could make the text white or a lighter blue.

You should consider registering a domain name, which isn't very expensive these days.

Looks good, i like it, although, there is two things that bug me.

It all seems to be one colour and the hit counter does'nt go well with the site, maybe make a a hit counter in text and not a image?

Its an interesting design. I like how the main content bit is not quite in the middle but not over to the left either. Nice work.

Good use of the background. The hit counter is a little 1980s though, you may consider setting up your own hit counter or using another page for stats.

Good use of the menu.
