Just trying Voodoo for a week. I must say... I loove their platform. The capabilities of optimization, image selection are really, really cool. Now, I hope revenues will be in accordance.

Parking co's do not pay for RPM and the "RPC" is the main man you want to watch followed by the "CTR".

Hm on sedo says RPM not RPC, in any case its the base result regardless of semantics.

EG a RPM of $8 means for every 1000 visitors you are making $8.

In a nutshell for my low performing domains on Sedo it was even doing 10-20% less revenue @ voodoo than on SedoPro. Im sure it does well in certain niches though.

I agree with you.. doesn't exist a better parking service for all niche.. voodoo is better for the big % than others..

i like so much namedrive for some niche..

I just had to state that the customer service I have received from voodoo so far has been the BEST I've encountered in a very long time from any company!!!

Just checked a few minutes ago, our average time to close a ticket no matter when it's received is 38 minutes over the past 30 days. Not many companies can say their wait for a response is that short.

I don't seem to be able to get any of the new color options. I changed a few domains well over 24 hours ago and they're still displaying 'Spring Morning' colors.

How long does it take for color selections to update? Are the color options like 'Blush' and 'Perfectly Pink' even available, or perhaps limited to certain template styles?

I dunno why.. I would to try the modern temp as advised by voodoo support but I can't see changes.. I've asked them to send me some jpg. Still waiting

Hello Donny,

I have gone through all this Post to make sure i am not repeating this question but Keyword topic is not much discussed.

I have Few queries on this.

1,- What is the best practice for giving the multiple keywords.
Note on the Keyword Tab its stated to separate them with a comma(,)

EX:
clothes,shopping,offers,discount ( With Only Comma)
clothes, shopping, offers, discount ( With Comma + space )

Which Option is Correct

2,- Keyword Magic Shows Zero Rating or Rating of 1 when ever i try to give Multiple Keywords.

3 - What is the best way ( Number of Character or words etc) to give Keyword phrase on Voodoo. Can you give a sample keyword phrase

4- Can we Give irrelevant Keywords. For Example For Movies related site giving Shopping related keyword. I think i saw on couple of DP sites like Sedo, warning not to set the irrelevant keyword which may result in Termination of Account. So what Policy does voodoo have on relevancy of keyword.

I believe a either a good Keyword or Template matching the Domain name gives a good CTR
Although sometimes Crappy names never get any clicks which i have plenty. :-)

zaki.ahmed - Whether you put keyword, space keyword, or keyword,keyword, doesn't really matter to the system.

Our Keyword Magic system is designed to work on a single keyword basis. It doesn't take into consideration multiple keywords. It's just there to make things easier if you are looking for keywords. It is not designed to replace things like the Google Keyword Tool for example.

Personally I usually only use a single keyword, but I do have a few domains where I set 3 keywords. For example, I have "crawfish boil, crawfish, crayfish" on one of my domains.

Putting irrelevant keywords, will usually cause more problems for your domains that anything. Just don't do it.

That's actually a good question. It's all because G doesn't want you to be able to arb their system. No other reason.

For example, if i have 501areacode dot com parked at Voodoo, is there any benefit to adding in a keyword string of "501 area code"? Or would adding the keyword mostly benefit misspellings?

olderguy - 501areacode is one of those pretty generic things. Personally, I would probably look at what the domain looks like. If it's not what you would expect I would probably then set the keyword to Arkansas and maybe Arkansas area code or something similar.
