I just checked my Sedo offers in the past coupla weeks, and he definitely bid on one of mine too...I countered quite high though so no reply...

I'm not too sure if this is of interest to anyone,

but the contract Sedo sends to both parties,

mentions the buyer has 5 business days to pay , and that Sedo will pursue their commission for a non payer.

This last one seems a liitle bit biased towards them and not the seller, i.e, they will pursue their commission, but have little interest for the seller.

Excellent business practice.
