Making money through Open Source script submissions?

Hi,

I'm starting a website called Flonds at flonds.com. I was wondering how I would go about doing something like this:

Users can register and post their scripts for free or charge something for them. Now, if they charge something for them, would it be a good idea if I got 5% of the sale (Because hosting the site costs some money), and the author of the sript got the other 95%.

How would I do this, and is it a good idea?

Thanks,
-Matt
